Ajay Engineering Co. has been successfully established since 1983 and specialises in the design, manufacture and repair of a wide variety of equipment in the engineering and manufacturing industries throughout Australia and worldwide. Our experienced and professional team is dedicated to providing our customers with quality, cost efficient service in an economical time frame. Our well-equipped workshops includes fabrication, machining and fitting, which allows us to complete turnkey projects or jobbing work for both large and small companies and individuals.

Machining

Our Fitters and Turners are proficient with both CNC and manual machines.

Our Technicians have extensive knowledge in all aspects of equipment and machinery assembly and repair, including motion control, pneumatics and hydraulics.

Our primary customer is o.d.t. Engineering, who specialise in aluminium ingot casting and ingot stacking machinery.

Road Groomer for Road Maintenance

Ajay designs, builds and maintains rear mounted road groomers designed for heavy duty maintenance work and is attached semi-permanently to a heavy duty road grader. Primarily for removing windrows and lightly compacting shoulders, can also be used for constructing and maintaining gravel roads and table drains. With an experienced operator, the road groomer can be as versatile as a second grader, performing a number of in one single plant pass.
